A stunning Sapphire and diamond precious band, this catches the eye instantly. These are alternately embellished with Sapphires and round cut diamonds. While there are 5 marquise cut 4x2 MM Sapphires on each alternate mount, 2 each, total 12, prong set round cut diamonds adorn the remaining mounts.
